The FFTlintec RTU 7th Axis offers the possibility to move an industrial robot or device horizontally. This offers numerous advantages such as extended working areas, more flexibility, greater efficiency and cost savings.

The FFTmetrology Bead Control scans the adhesive bead and precisely measures its position, width and height. The measurement takes place while the adhesive is being applied, thus avoiding a loss of cycle time.

The FFTweldtec TipChanger enables automatic, space-saving changing of electrode caps on robotic welding guns. Inductive sensors monitor the fill level in the magazine. Loosened caps fall into a catch basket.

The Mobile TipChanger enables fast, automatic change of electrode caps on welding guns. Compact and lightweight, it can be easily mounted on the robot arm. Level sensors monitor the cap level.

The FFTweldtec Test Station tests servo-pneumatic and servo-motorised robotic welding guns with the necessary systems, including reporting.
