The FFTweldtec TipChanger enables automatic, space-saving changing of electrode caps on robotic welding guns. Inductive sensors monitor the fill level in the magazine. Loosened caps fall into a catch basket.

FFTweldtec Mobile TipChanger

Changing electrode caps on stationary welding guns

The Mobile TipChanger enables fast, automatic change of electrode caps on welding guns. Compact and lightweight, it can be easily mounted on the robot arm. Level sensors monitor the cap level.
